From the Cape York Peninsular to the snowfields of the Perisher Valley, you can find products from our range in selected local supermarkets, service stations, cafes or convenience stores across the Australian eastern seaboard. With a self-managed daily product distribution fleet, our trucks are on the road and travelling a combined 3000km (est.) each day to ensure central, northern and western NSW residents are supplied with the freshest baked goods.

With a company history steeped in family tradition, Earlyrise Baking Company is owned and operated locally by fourth-generation Dubbo baking family, the Stevensons. Brothers Bill, Rob and John can trace their baking history back to 1918 when their grandfather, Aussie Stevenson, established his first bakery.

People are our Passion. We are dedicated to growing our staff through strong family values, our management team are dedicated to servicing our customers with the highest quality products baked using traditional recipes.
